Overview

Our client are thriving with business and needing 2 more Service Engineers to start asap.

Duties include:
• Diagnosing faults and replacing defective parts as necessary
• Carry out services and gas safety checks
• Re-instate systems that have been disconnected
• Carry out surveys of domestic properties and make recommendations for suitable boiler and heating system installs, completing the company’s CRM system with the appropriate notes and photographs
• Keep accurate and appropriate records such as repair works undertaken, contact with residents, orders
• Undertake other minor maintenance works as necessary
• Maintain regular contact with internal teams
• Undertake training to improve knowledge and skills
• To provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Ensure that all work is undertaken in accordance with the current health and safety legislation and undertaken in a diligent manner, considering customers cultural and diversity needs are managed
• Maintain effective communication processes to liaise with all areas of the business
• Any other additional duties that may be deemed necessary to fulfil your duties

Experience required:
Previous experience of working with Domestic customers
City & Guilds Advanced Craft or NVQ level 3 in plumbing/heating and holding current ACS qualifications – CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1,CPA1
Clean Driving Licence
Record keeping (Ipad use)
Attention to detail
Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing a quality service
Commitment to learn and develop new skills

A company van, ipad and phone will be provided and all wages are paid weekly. The wage is negotiable depending on experience.
