Overview

Our client are looking for an experienced Branding specialist to play a key role in the expanding corporate Strategy and Communications function of their business. They are a leading global manufacturer and supplier of tools with offices worldwide! 

Your role as Branding Specialist will be to drive sales by working with and developing their brands to maximise awareness of the company and their products and services. You will bring fresh thinking and perspective to how they build brand awareness and must be able to challenge conventional working practices. You will increase the brand recognition and differentiation by identifying opportunities to sharpen perception of key brand values. You will develop and manage internal and external stakeholder surveys, including interpretation of results, analysis and recommendations, as well as understanding how best to measure development.  You will play an active role in the planning and content of annual marketing plan and departmental content plan.  Alongside this, you will promote the consistent use of the corporate brand identity in all markets worldwide to maximize brand awareness and recognition.

We are looking for a Branding Specialist with a degree or equivalent academic qualification in a business, marketing or related field with significant experience of developing brands in a customer-facing marketing/communications environment. Someone with a clear understanding of marketing to different stakeholders, including internal and external (B2B & B2C) audiences. Someone who has practical experience of compiling, circulating and analysing surveys is important. An outgoing personality with strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills. Someone who is self-driven, eager to learn and willing to go “the extra mile” to get the job done.  An understanding of Office 365 applications, including Outlook and SharePoint, would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

This is a full-time and permanent position based at our client’s head office in Chesterfield although there will also be overseas travel.

The wage for this Branding Specialist is negotiable depending on experience and suitability.
