Overview: We are currently recruiting for a very exciting client of ours,  they provide specialist services in sourcing and regenerating UK residential properties. In addition they operate a property management division which offers clients an end to end solution for investors in the UK real estate market. Our client has very exciting plans to more than double its portfolio moving forward and are now in need of Paralegals to help with that development.

You will be joining a very vibrant and forward thinking business which will offer its people some real job satisfaction and genuine career opportunities, with futuristic offices including break-out areas and gym, you would be one of the first in-house Paralegals in a brand-new property function within the Group.

Your main responsibilities will be dealing with all post-completion matters as transactions are forwarded to you from the in-house conveyancers.  In particular, you must be able to deal with the prompt completion and submission of an SDLT Return and Land Registry application (AP1s and FR1s) with minimal supervision.  You will need to be confident in handling Land Registry requisitions as and when they arise.  Your duties will also include preparing and submitting post-registration packages for the Group in an appropriate format and you will be shown what is required in this regard.

You will be joining a newly recruited Head of Legal with a background in both private practice and in-house commercial and residential property transactions, and a conveyancer. This is your opportunity to demonstrate that you are motivated and proactive and would be willing and able to help shape the department.  The Group is looking to expand further in the future, so there are good opportunities for career progression.

My client is happy to offer a great package to the right people including pension scheme
