Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £21,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

 

Overview:

Our client offers products in the vehicle charging sector, they are able to offer customers great products and a great customer journey. Due to company growth they are now looking for customer service advisors to join the company, if you are someone with a keen eye for detail and experience in customer service then this job role would certainly be for you.

 

Specification:

  • Proven track record of excellent customer experience
  • An understanding of processes as a whole and being able to see the “why” behind each stage and how that delivers our customer proposition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work on own initiative, multi task and work well under pressure
  • The ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues
  • Clear communicator with a focus on listening, recording and acute attention to detail
  • Honest, focused, and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Demonstrate a positive proactive approach towards organisational change
  • Experience of working autonomously
